Yummilicious easy morning snacks recipe

Toss out the junk food and try these delicious and healthy morning snack recipe
1.Tea Eggs

Ingredients

Eggs-8
Water
Tea leaves-1/2 cup
Cinammon powder-1 tsp
Cloves powder-1 tsp
Fennel seeds or saunf powder-1 tsp
Pepper-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Soya sauce-1/2 cup

How to prepare
1.Put all the eggs into the pan then add some water to it and boil the eggs for 5 minutes or until they reach a hardened, cooked  state.
2.Drain and cool the eggs.When cooled gently crack the egg’s shell all over with a spoon without removing the shell.
3.Place the eggs back into the pan add some water,soya sauce,tea leaves,cinammon,cloves,fennel seeds,pepper and salt and bring back to boil.
4.Once it starts boiling turn your gas off.Leave the eggs to marinate for about 3 hrs at room temperature.
5.When ready to eat remove the eggs shell when you remove the shell you will see the eggs have absorbed the flavours of soya sauce and masala giving it a attractive marble effect.
6.Just cut the egg into half serve with tomato sauce and enjoy.

2.Garden Fresh Cheesy Toast

Ingredients
Bread slice-4
Tomatoes chopped-2
Garlic cloves chopped-2
Garlic stem chopped-3
Onion finely chopped-2
Salt to taste
Green chilli chopped-2
Cheese (melted)
Pepper powder to sprinkle
Butter (melted)

How to prepare
1.Start warming your pan on medium low flame.
2.Just add some melted butter to one side of a bread then place the bread into your pan.
3.Heat the bread in a very low flame until the bread becomes crispy and golden brown in color.
4.Turn off the gas take the bread slice add some melted cheese on top of the bread and then top the bread with tomatoes,garlic cloves,garlic stem,onion and green chilli.
5.Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the toppings.
6.Similarly repeat the same for all the bread slices and enjoy over it.These taste really great and yummilicious.
