Quick and Easy snacks recipe for new year.

As new year is approaching get set ready to start your celebrations with some delicious and easy snack recipes and appetizers that can be made at home in very less time.

1.Cheese Garlic stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients

Boiled potato peeled and mashed- 2
Round Mushrooms – 20
Grated cheese- 1 cup
Garlic peeled and grated- 8 cloves
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Maida (all purpose flour)– 1/2 cup
Baking powder-1 tsp
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Oil – for frying

How to prepare
For the stuffing take a bowl mixed mashed potato,grated cheese,garlic grated,chilli powder,pepper powder and salt.Wash the mushroom and then scoop out inside part using a spoon so that it forms a cup for the filling.Fill the mushroom with the stuffing mixture.Dip each of the mushrooms into the all maida (All purpose flour) and then roll it over the bread crumbs.Deep fry the mushrooms in oil until it turns until golden brown.Sprinkle some grated cheese on top of it.Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.

2.Besan coated stuffed egg

Ingredients:

Eggs – 8
Besan – 1 cup
Baking powder– 1tsp
Onion – 3
Tomatoes grated -1
Salt – to taste
Corinder leaves – ½ cup
Red chilli powder-    2 tsp
Chaat masala – 2 tsp
Pepper-1 tsp
Sev-6 tsp
Cheese grated 2 tsp
Oil – for frying

How to prepare
Boiled the eggs and peel them off.For stuffing take a bowl and mix chopped onions,grated tomatoes,salt to taste,corainder leaves,red chilli powder and pepper.In a separate bowl mix besan ,baking powder ,chillipowder and salt make a thick batter out of it.Dip the boiled eggs into the batter and make a thick coat. Heat oil in a pan and slowly fry the coated boiled eggs until it turns golden brown.After it cools cut the egg into half and fill the half egg with the stuffing prepared earlier.
similarly stuff all the eggs and on top of it sprinkle some sev, grated cheese and chat masala.serve hot with tomato sauce.

 

3.Hot garlic potato finger fries.

Ingredients:
Potatoes-2
Maida –1/2 cup
Minced Garlic-10 cloves
Baking powder– 1tsp
Tomato powder-1tsp
Salt – to taste
Red chilli powder-    2 tsp
Green Chilli minced-1
Oil – for frying

How to prepare
Peeled the potatoes cut them into long finger.In a bowl mixed maida,garlic minced,baking powder,tomato powder,salt,red chilli powder,minced green chilli and
make a thick batter out of it.Dip the finger shaped potatoes in the thick batter and coat it completely.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry those coated potatoes till it
turn golden brown.Serve hot with chilli sauce.
