1 . Overeating

Overeating causes hardening of the brain arteries which in turn leads to decrease in mental power.

2. Smoking 

Smoking is deadly.It causes several  brain shrinkage and may lead to many diseases related to brain.

3. Environmental Pollution

Our brain is the largest consumer of oxygen  in our body. Inhaling polluted air reduces supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing down brain efficiency significantly.Always take fresh air.

4. High Sugar consumption

Taking too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of lot of proteins and other nutrients causing malnutrition and  interferes with brain development.

5.Less  Sleep

Sleeping allows our brain to relax and rest.Long term deprivation from sleep will hugely accelerate the death of brain cells.Sleeping for healthy time is a must.

6. Covered Head during sleep

Sleeping while head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

7. Using too much brain during illness

Working too hard or studying when sick leads to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

8. Less Thinking

Lack in thinking may cause brain shrinkage.

9. Less Talking

Intellectual and intelligent conversations promotes the efficiency of the brain.More the brain gets used,it becomes more efficient.

10. Not taking Breakfast

People who do not take breakfast develop lower blood sugar level as well as acidity which leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain which causes brain degeneration.
